At Anekke, we want you to be completely in love with your new storyteller accessory. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of receipt provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and choose between a refund or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective dust bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier point.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
